The winery where all Clop wines are conceived was built in 1958 and is located in Fray Luis Beltrán, Maipú, Mendoza.
Its structure and architecture is that of the first wineries of Mendoza, with wide and convenient spaces for the reception of grapes and the production of wine. Inside, the winery has been equipped with leading-edge technology that ensures wine quality. This way, Clop Wines combines age-old tradition with the latest innovation.
The building is divided into four units: the harvest room, the fermentation room, the storage room where the stainless steel tanks and the epoxy-lined concrete tanks are, and the aging room in which the French oak barrels rest. Every part of the winery has been meticulously designed to produce premium wines.
